Camera Not working - POE Ethernet Port to Unmanaged Ethernet Switch

    Hai All,

We are facing an issue with our Underwater Camera - (Linovision IPC608UW-10 with 75meter cable) with POE and Ethernet Switch.

Camera is powered by POE - (RedLion EB-PSE-24-1B, Single Pair 4wires) and camera was working well with this POE port and its Ethernet port only.

When we connect the POE's Ethernet port to an Ethernet Switch (Tried with Moxa - EDS 208 & Siemens Scalance XB005) for including this camera to a common network to monitoring the whole system. We cant able to ping the camera.

Please refer the attached image for better understanding for our issue we are facing.

    Appreciate your suggestion/guidance in advance.

    Thanks,
    Kali Rajan M

Lots of unknowns here. Is the camera IP address a static address? When you plug the camera POE switch into the other switch, are there other machines also plugged in? If so, is one of those a DHCP server? The issue seems like an IP conflict to me.

Camera is a IP Based and configured as a Static IP.

No other devices are connected to the POE's, because this POE switch has only one POE port and Ethernet Port.

For IP conflict we checked that with the camera IP, but no other IP's are same

In this Ethernet switch we connect only two other devices one is PLC and another one is Moxa Wifi both are different static IP's.

Also we tried without these devices also...

Only with Camera - POE - Ethernet - Laptop...

    This also not working.

Just curious, did you get this problem solved?
