First of all, I'm very new to this topic, so please excuse my ignorance.

I'd like to set up a camera by a pond near my house to watch wildlife.
I would like to be able to run it using POE.
I'd like some zoom, and the ability to pan.

Are there any "kits" out there that someone with little experience can purchase that is easy to set up and use?
