Has anybody else see the trend of camera makers to eliminate the wired shutter remote port on their entry level DSLR cameras? Nikon quit supplying the remote port with the D3400. The next step up is the D5600 which right now is impossible to find. And, Nikon's new entry level mirrorless camera also does not have a remote port. The entry level Canon DSLR cameras still have a remote port but the M50 II mirrorless does not. I see that recently Sony has dropped their DSLR cameras all together and moving to only mirrorless cameras. At lease Sony's mirrorless offerings all have a remote port.
