wake up SB 28 flash at first shoot with Flash Pt-04gy4 trigger

Hi everyone!

I have a cheap trigger system (the one in the picture) but it only wakes up my flash on the second shot. I want to know if I can modify it to trigger my flash on the first shot.

Has anyone had experience with these transmitters?

They are single function and will not wake the flash. I don't know of any way to modify.
